1.Complete & sign the ITB Application Form
2.Pay the application fee of NAD 500 into the NTB account
4.Sylvi will then liaise with Finance Department to issue the invoices & receipts for the application fees next week (if your Finance Department has an issue with payment without an invoice, please let us know).
5.Once your application fee has been processed, then Finance & Industry Services Departments will do levy and compliance checks. So please ensure that you have a clean records.
6.The invoice for the participation fee as such will be released by the end of this year latest and your payment deadline will be the 26th January 2018.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Above fees exclude airfares, ground transportation, accommodation, visas, travel insurance and any other likely expenses. Those expenses must be borne by the participant additional to the above cost.
2. 2nd or more participants will be an additional 10% of the participation fee as per Trade Fair Policy.
3. Non-NTB registered members (e.g. marketing consultancies, associations, etc.) will pay an additional 20% of the participation fees as per Trade Fair Policy.
4. Levies need to be paid up-to-date in order to participate in NTB organised events.
